Quality Policy

MARINE VISION S.L. establishes as a priority objective within its quality policy, the development of its activity (Marketing of specialized equipment and machinery for diving and assembly of closed-circuit television for underwater use) in such a way as to guarantee the full satisfaction of our clients in terms of quality, compliance with requirements and deadlines, attention and service; To this end, it considers necessary the implementation of the Quality Management System established according to the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard as well as an environmental management system according to the UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 standard.

The management, conscious that quality is one of pillars on wich Marine Vision S.L. should cement its future, facilitates the human and material resources needed to ensure our services satisfy, permanently, market demands.

The general guidelines of the Quality Policy consist:

  • To inform all MARINE VISION S.L. staff so they are fully aware of their functions and the current Quality Policy.
  • To analyse the mistakes and errors that can occur in order to eliminate their causes and therefore avoid their future repetition.
  • To satisfy the requirements and supply better services than our competitors in order to improve the satisfaction of our customers (private customers and public sector).
  • To promote the culture of constant improvement in order to increase the efficiency of the Quality Management System.
  • To define targets in terms of Quality, with this service as basics for its assessment.
  • To revise this Quality Policy annually, guiding it towards continual improvement.

We understand that to compete successfully we have to strive to achieve excellency in the quality and productivity of our services.

This Quality Policy is aplicable to every area of MARINE VISION S.L.
