The Marine Vision MV-DCP2AS 2-Diver Air Control System was designed and tested prior to the final production of the model we sell. From the production of the first prototype, it was clear that it had to be equipped with all the necessary safety measures and quality components to achieve maximum quality in the air supply from the surface. To achieve this, we used the highest-quality components and instrumentation on the market, combined with a unique distribution system design that, in addition to making it extremely easy to interpret and read, provides a high level of control and safety in air operations. All its components are sized and optimized for the maximum flow rates and working pressures supported by this control panel. Ultimately, there are no bottlenecks in its design that would prevent the optimal flow rate from flowing normally and unobstructed through its circuit.

Its exterior design is versatile, designed to work both horizontally, in operations requiring a completely transportable and portable panel (small boats, dockside, etc.), or vertically, ideal for temporary or permanent installation in a container or operations locker. Its top locking system and side protection offer many advantages for both transport and storage.

The MV-DCP2AS incorporates three robust pressure reducers: one for each diver and a separate one for its innovative “Emergency Supply Line,” which is another of the panel’s unique features. In the event of any incident on any of the lines, activating the “red valve” on the emergency line supplies the necessary flow to both, isolating the rest of the circuit from this channel.

The panel only supports HP input and can be supplied for both 225 bar and 330 bar. Its design allows each supply source to be independent and hot-swapped while divers are supplied by another in service.

Its extensive number of pressure gauges allows the supervisor to have comprehensive control of the pressure being delivered, even before opening the corresponding valve. Unlike other panels on the market, we always know what we are going to deliver to the diver before opening any valve.

The MV-DCP2AS has been designed and manufactured following IMCA guidelines in its D018 and D040 revisions and has the corresponding CE Certificates, endorsed by inspection bodies. This panel is only suitable for use with air. Enriched air (Nitrox) or pure oxygen SHOULD NOT be used with this model.
