Including Subsea & Surface production, Blow Out Preventer (BOP), Subsea Template Jumpers, Subsea Control Module (SCM), Xmas Tree, Pod, Template, Buoy to PLEM (pipeline end manifold) and valve umbilicals. These umbilical types range from small single line hoses, to subsea intervention or barrier valve umbilicals (SSIV or SSBV) often many kilometres long and permanently installed. Special consideration is given to the stresses encountered over the long working life, permanently installed umbilicals can be double armoured to provide them with excellent tensile strength and protection ensuring these umbilicals remain in full working order for the field life.
