Neoprene neck seal which is soft and comfortable against the skin. Useful if a diver suffers from latex allergies. Neck seal fitted with smoothskin to the outside , which should then be tucked inwards to form a seal when air from the drysuit forces the seal agianst the neck.
May also be fitted over a latex neckseal with the smoothskin facing inwards to act as a neck warmer.
