This system revolves around a semi rigid TPU collar ring which is attached to a drysuit by way of glue and taping which can be done at the factory when the drysuit is being manufactured, or can be retro fitted by a suitably trained VIKING dealer.
The neck ring has 2 grooves, one for inserting a latex neck seal, and a second one for inserting a hood.
The seals or hoods are held in place by way of a plastic ring.
A fitting / removal tool is included with each kit.
There are 5 kits available as follows:
- QC collar with QC latex neck seal, Universal
- QC collar with QC latex neck seal, QC latex hood MED. Thermal hood liner included.
- QC collar with QC latex neck seal, QC latex hood LGE. Thermal hood liner included.
- QC collar with QC latex neck seal, QC neoprene hood MED.
- QC collar with QC latex neck seal, QC neoprene hood LGE.
Quick Connect Collars are not certified for diving in contaminated water conditions.
