The Viking Low-Acoustic Inlet valve is visually the same as the Hazmat inlet, but the slide performs a different function. Fully open the valve has an airflow of 80 liters/min, and in the "second" position, the airflow is reduced to only 20 liters/min, which creates a significantly lower acoustic profile. This valve is therefore intended for military use.
