It has been primarily designed for use with the Buckleys' PD and PHD range of Pinhole/Holiday Detectors but can also be used to ensure that other high voltage equipment is within specified tolerances. Powered by 4 x 1.5v AA batteries (supplied), the meter has a measurement range of 0-40kV (DC only) in two ranges with an accuracy of ±1%. An earth lead and two high voltage leads are included in the kit ensuring the unit is ready for use with all models in the Buckleys' PD, PHD & DCCT ranges.

- High-voltage lead with plug to connect to PHD 6kV
- A calibration certificate is included in the comprehensive instruction manual.
