An ambient air hatch with double action release mechanism enables the use of ambient air while in stand-by. S-BREATHING VALVE is a positive pressure valve with a secure connection to the face mask. The design of the demand valve supplies air only while inhaling, with instantaneous response to workload differences. Positive pressure is activated with a one-hand push on the exhalation valve cover.
